국문 초록

전국 1,416개 철도 정거장 중 지하 정거장은 729개로 50% 이상이 지하에 정거장이 설치되어 있으며, 최근에는 대심도 광역철도 건설이 추진되고 있다. 철도는 국민의 주요 교통수단으로 혼잡한 지하 공간에서의 피난 안전성 확보는 매우 중요한 검토 대상이다. 도심지 지하 공간에 설치된 도시철도와 광역철도 지하 정거장은 동일한 기능을 수행함에도 불구하고 설계단계에서 적용하는 정거장 안전성 평가 시나리오와 방법은 차이가 있다. 지하정거장 안전성평가 시 적용되는 피난 시나리오 및 방법을 분석하여 도시·광역철도 두 종류 철도에 적용할 수 있는 지하 정거장안전성 평가 절차와 기준을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

There are 1,416 railway stations in this country, of which 729 are underground stations. Moreover, more than 50% ofthe stations are constructed underground. Recently, the deep depth wide-area railroad has being designed and constructed. Railroads are the main means of transportation for the people and confirming evacuation safety in crowded undergroundspaces is a crucial subject. The functions of urban railroads and wide-area railroad underground stations built in urbanunderground spaces are the same. Nevertheless, there are differences between the station safety analysis scenario and themethod used when they were designed. Through the analysis of evacuation scenarios and methods applied when evaluatingthe safety of underground stations, we propose procedures and standards for analyzing the safety of underground stationsthat can be applied to two types of railroads; the urban and wide-area railroads.
