국문 초록

본 연구는 NCS(National Competency Standards)에서 제시한 수행준거 성취를 위해 교수-학습 모형을 설계하고, 설계한 모형 적용을 통해 수정·보완 사항을 찾아내어 더 효율적인 운영방안을 모색하기 위해 이루어졌다. 연구는 울산에 소재한 모 대학 보건행정과 1학년 학생들의 병원안내 직무 수행을 위한 병원코디네이터 교과목을 대상으로 하였다. 교수-학습 설계는 ADDIE 모형의 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가의 5단계와 절차를 근거하였으며 교과목특성과 여건에 맞게 수정하여 활용하였다. 학습자 특성과 진단평가 결과를 분석하여 수업목표를 확인하고, 수행준거 성취를 위한 수행목표, 수업목표를 설정하였으며, 평가계획을 수립하였다. 또 교수-학습을 위한 자료와 평가 도구를 개발하여 활용하였으며, 평가단계에서 학습자 수준과 만족도 평가를 실시하였다. NCS기반 교육과정에 대한 정부적 차원의 도입요구와 운영에 관한 관심은 매우 높으나 NCS 적용에 있어 구체적인 안내를 제공하는 연구들이 아직 많지 않은 상황에서 본 연구는 NCS를 기반으로 교육과정을 개편하고, 이를 교과목에 적용하는 이들에게 기초 자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study was made in order to seek measures for more efficient operation by finding what to modify·improve through the application of designed teaching-learning model after designing the model so as to meet the performance criteria presented in National Competency Standards(NCS) This study was made for hospital coordinator course in order that first-year students majoring in health administration at a certain university, Ulsan city, performed a hospital receptionist job. Teaching-learning design is based on processes and 5 phases, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation in ADDIE model, and it was modified and utilized so as to fit the conditions and characteristics of course. By analyzing the characteristics of learners and the results of diagnostic evaluation, a learning goal was checked. And in order to meet the performance criteria, a performance goal and learning goal was set. And a plan of evaluation was established. Besides, evaluation instrument and data for teaching-learning were developed and utilized. And learners' level and satisfaction was evaluated on the evaluation phase. At the governmental level, there is great requirement for introducing NCS-based curriculum and great interest in its operation. However, in the situation where there have not been many studies providing specific guidance in applying NSC yet, it is expected that this study can become baseline data for people who reform curriculum based on NCS and apply this to a course.
