영문 초록

G-SEED has been established for housing construction in many cities in Korea, specially for new housing, not for housing remodeling. This study is to propose building performance standard for apartment housing remodeling based on G-SEED. The research method is to set the review conditions and evaluation targets according to the remodeling performance characteristics and review them theoretically. The research results are as follows. The certification standards for G-SEED new construction were 40 items in 7 fields, but 37 items were proposed for remodeling. Among the 37, 33 certification items were the same as for new construction, but 1 item was added. And, it was found that the evaluation method and criteria for the three items need to be adjusted. In the future, we will make more advanced proposals through verification through case studies.
