일본 회계자격시험의 운영 실태와 시사점

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 일본의 회계자격시험제도의 구조와 운영 실태를 조사하는 데에 있다. 조사 방법은 웹사이트와 문헌분석, 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌으며, 설문조사는 2015년1월, 일본 경영학부생 245명과 회계전문가 10명을 대상으로 하였다. 조사의 결과는 다음과 같다. 국가시험인 공인회계사와 세무사를 중심으로, 매년 50만 명이 부기시험에 응시하고, 전자회계실무, 재무보고실무, 국제회계검정, IFRS 검정시험 등 민간시험이 추가로 만들어져 함께 운영되어져 오고 있다. 그러나 전자회계실무 응시자는 기대치에 미치지 못하고, 국제회계 응시자가 증가하는 추이를 보였다. 또한 이러한 응시 결과는 설문조사 분석과도 유사한 흐름을 나타냈다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 일본 회계자격시험을 한국의 해당 시험과 비교, 그 차이점을 명확히 하고 있어 앞으로의 효과적인 자격증 시험운영은 물론 회계교육 방향에도 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status and operating status of the accounting qualification examination system in Japan. Investigation method was done through literature analysis, surveys and websites. Survey was done in January 2015, targeted 10 Japanese management undergraduate 245 names of accounting experts and the results are shown below. Focusing on the national exam, a certified public accountant and tax advisor, has been operating with 500,000 people each year take the test, book-keeping, private testing electronic accounting practices, financial reporting practices and international accounting, IFRS Test is made to add. However, e-accounting practices candidate is not short of expectations, showed a trend for increased international accounting candidates. In addition, these results take surveys and analyzes also showed a similar flow. Finally, this study compared the Japanese accounting qualification exam that tests in Korea, and I`m sure the differences are expected to be useful in the effective operation of the certification exams in the future direction of accounting education as well.
