기업가정신에 대한 국외 심리학적 접근 연구 동향

국문 초록

기업가정신에 대한 심리학적 접근은 경제적, 사회적, 성격적, 그리고 사회적인 영역들을 포괄하는 다양한 측면에서 성공적인 기업가에 대한 이해를 제공을 바탕으로 지속적인 연구들이 이루어져왔다. 본 연구는 기업가정신의 정의를 시작으로, 기업가정신에 대한 심리학적 연구들가 기업가의 성격적인 특성에 대한 연구들로부터 시작된 기업가 정신에 대한 심리학적 연구들의 흐름을 간략히 소개하였다. 이후, 국내·외의 리뷰 연구들을 비롯해 기업가정신과 관련한 심리학적 접근 국외 연구들을 종합하여, (1)직업적 측면으로서의 기업가 정신, (2)성격, 인지, 행동, 건강, 리더십 등 기업가정신 관련한 개인 내 특성들, 그리고 (3) 기업가 정신관련 다양한 맥락의 영향과 신경심리학적 접근 그리고 (4) 최신 이론 및 후속 연구 제언 등 크게 4가지 범주로 나누어서 소개하였다. 마지막으로, 기업가정신에 대한 심리학적 접근 연구들이 향후 기업가정신교육에서 활용될 수 있는 방안과 실제 현장에서 지속적으로 이루어질 필요가 있는 후속 연구 방향을 소개하였다.

영문 초록

The psychological approach to entrepreneurship has been continuously studied to provide an understanding of successful entrepreneurs in various aspects encompassing economic, social, personality, and social domains. Starting with the definition of entrepreneurship, this study briefly introduced the flow of psychological studies on entrepreneurship that started from the psychological studies on entrepreneurship on the personality characteristics of entrepreneurs. Afterwards, the accumulated findings from literature review studies as well as empirical studies on psychological aspects of entrepreneurship were introduced with following four categories: (1) entrepreneurship as a profession, (2) individual characteristics related to entrepreneurship such as personality, cognition, behavior, health, and leadership, (3) the influence of various contexts related to entrepreneurship and neuropsychological approaches, and (4) the latest theories and follow-up research proposals. Finally, the ways to utilize psychological approach studies on entrepreneurship in entrepreneurship education and the needs of actual field-based studies were discussed.
