국문 초록

본 연구는 개인의 심리적 요인과 계획행동이론이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 직장인들을 대상으로 심리적 특성으로는 창업가 특성을 설명하는 성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 자기효능감이 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 또한 계획된 행동이론의 개인의 태도, 주관적 규범, 인지된 행동 통제 요인들이 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 몽골 직장인 276명으로부터 회수된 설문서를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과, 몽골직장인들의 심리적 특성에서는 성취욕구와 자기효능감은 창업의도에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치나 위험감수성향은 유의한 영향관계를 보이지 않았다. 계획된 행동이론 요인들중에서는 개인적 태도, 주관적 규범은 창업의도에 유의한 영향관계를 보이나 인지된 행동통제 요인은 유의한 영향관계를 보이지 않았다. 심리적 특성과 계획행동이론 변수들은 희망 시기에 따라 창업의도과의 영향관계가 다르게 나타나고 있다. 마지막으로 연구의의와 연구한계 및 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the effects of individual psychological factors and planned behavior theory on entrepreneurial intentions. For the psychological characteristics of office workers, the effects of need for achievement, risk taking, and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions were examined. In addition, the effects of individual attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavior control factors of the Theory of Planned Behavior on entrepreneurial intention were examined. Data collected from 276 Mongolian office workers were used for the analysis. Psychological characteristics, need for achievement and self-efficacy, had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, but risk-taking propensity did not show a significant relationship. Among the factors of the Theory of Planned Behavior, personal attitude and subjective norm showed a significant influence relationship on entrepreneurial intention, but the perceived behavior control factor did not show a significant influence relationship. Psychological characteristics and Theory of Planned Behavior variables have different relationships with entrepreneurial intentions depending on the desired entrepreneurial action. Finally, the paper present implications, limitations and and future research directions.
