국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학 및 정부가 제공하는 창업교육을 받은 대학생을 대상으로 팀내 전공다양성을 조절변수로 하여 대학생의 창업교육이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 조사목적과 연구범위를 고려하여 창업교육을 받은 대학생들의 설문응답을 최종 표본으로 활용하였으며, 다중회귀분석하였다. 연구 결과 교육 참여 동기의 하위요인인 활동지향형 동기, 창업가 역량의 하위요인인 기회인식 역량, 멘토링 기능의 하위요인인 역할모델 기능이 전공다양성을 조절효과로 하여 창업의지에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 교육 만족도는 전공다양성을 조절효과로 하여 창업의지에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 Teachman 수식을 활용하여 선행연구에서 미비하게 다루었던 전공다양성을 측정하였고, 창업팀 내 전공다양성이 대학생의 창업의지를 증가시킨다는 실증적 증거를 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 대학을 중심으로 한 창업생태계 선순환을 위하여, 본 연구를 기반으로 한 대학생 창업 교육이 활성화되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study is aimed to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education of college students on their entrepreneurial intention, with interdisciplinarity in a team as a moderating variable and college students who have received entrepreneurship education from either universities or the government as study subjects. In consideration of the purpose and scope of the research, the questionnaire responses of college students who received entrepreneurship education were used as the final sample, and multiple regression analysis was conducted. The following is the summary of the study results. With team interdisciplinarity as a moderating variable, activity-oriented motivation—a subfactor for motivational-orientation for participation—, opportunity recognition capability—a subfactor for entrepreneurial capability—, role model function—a subfactor for mentoring functions—had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, educational satisfaction had a negative effect on entrepreneurial intentions with team interdisciplinarity as a moderating variable. This study is significant in that Teachman’s formula was used to measure team interdisciplinarity which had been insufficiently dealt with in previous studies, and provided empirical evidence that interdisciplinarity within the startup team increases entrepreneurial intention of college students. For a virtuous cycle of the startup ecosystem centered on college, it is expected that entrepreneurship education for college students will be activated based on this study.
