대학의 ZOOM 온라인 화상 플립드러닝 수업 적용사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나19로 인해 언택트(비대면) 온라인 교육이 정착되는 시점에 대학 교양과목에 ZOOM 온라인 화상 플립드 러닝(Flipped Learning) 수업을 적용한 사례 연구이다. 지금 우리는 기존의 교육방식을 넘어서 학습효과를 높이는 온라인 교육을 위해 무엇을 어떻게 해야 하는지를 논해야 하는 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 ZOOM 온라인 화상 플립드 러닝 수업 상에서 이루어지는 내용적 측면, 상호작용 측면을 분석하고, 교수자의 자기분석, 학습자 수강 소감을 구체적으로 분석하여 전통적인 수업방법인 대면강의 이상의 학습효과를 거둘 수 있는가에 중점을 두고 수업을 실시한 바 사전에 학생들에게 세부강의 기획안과 사전학습자료, 동영상을 제시하여 수업방식의 효과 및 가능성을 살펴보았다. 첫째, ZOOM 온라인 화상 수업 동영상 분석결과 도입, 전개, 정리부분의 활동이 체계적으로 잘 이루어 졌으며, 전반적으로 수업의 주의집중, 학습목표, 사전학습, 참여유도, 학습내용 정리, 상호작용 측면이 우수 하였고, 학습 수강 소감 등도 매우 긍정적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습참여와 학습결과에 대해서는 전 문항에서 90% 이상의 높은 점수는 학생들이 줌 온라인 화상 플립드 러닝 수업도 충분이 학습참여와 학습효과를 높일 수 있다고 평가하였고 수업에 대한 만족도도 높고, 학생들의 학습 참여도와 학습결과도 매우 높게 나타났다. 셋째, ZOOM 온라인 화상 플립드 러닝 수업 방식 만족도는 전 분야에서 긍정/강한긍정이 90% 이상으로 매우 높게 나타났다. 이는 학생들이 비대면 온라인 강의식 수업방식 보다는 선행학습 후 개인 및 조별 발표, 질의/토의 등이 가능한 줌 온라인 화상 플립드 러닝 수업을 선호 한다는 사실을 입증 하였고, 코로나19 언택트(Untact) 시대에서 효과적인 수업방식이라는 사실을 확인 하였다는데 큰 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 언택트 시대에 대학 수업도 ZOOM 온라인 화상 플립드 러닝 수업 방식의 효과성을 입증한 바 위 수업방식이 조기에 정착된다면 대면강의 준한 수업의 질과 학습효과를 높일 수 있다고 확신한다.

영문 초록

This study is a case study in which ZOOM online flipped learning classes were applied to university liberal arts courses at a time when untact (non-face-to-face) online education was established due to COVID-19. Now is the time to discuss what and how to do for online education that increases the learning effect beyond the existing education method. This study analyzed the content, interaction, and visual aspects of the ZOOM online video flipped learning class, and analyzed the instructor s self-analysis and learner s thoughts in detail to see the effectiveness and possibility of the class. First, as a result of the ZOOM online video class video analysis, the activities of the introduction, development, and organization were systematically well performed, and overall, the attention of the class, learning goals, pre-learning, participation induction, learning content organization, and interaction were very positive. Second, as for learning participation and learning results, students evaluated that the zoom online video flipped learning class could sufficiently increase learning participation and learning effectiveness, and the satisfaction with the class was high, and the students participation and learning results were very high. Third, the satisfaction of the ZOOM online video flipped learning class method was very high with more than 90% of positive/strong positive in all fields. This proved that prefer Zoom Online Video Flip Learning classes that allow individual and group presentations and queries/discussions rather than non-face-to-face online lecture-style classes, and confirmed that they are effective teaching methods in the COVID-19 untact era. Since this study proved the effectiveness of the ZOOM online video flipped learning teaching method in the untact era, I am confident that if the above teaching method is established early, the quality and learning effect of face-to-face lectures can be improved.
