비대면 관광 및 농촌 관광활성화 방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 충북 괴산군에 위치한 M 강수욕장을 대상으로 지역주민의 휴식공간을 조성하고 외부 관광객을 유치할 수 있는 다양한 방안을 포함하여 효과적인 관광개발 구상안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 대상지는 달천 하류권의 상류구간으로 하천구역을 포함하고 있으며, 친수지구로 지정된 이점을 활용하여 지역주민의 여가를 보장할 수 있는 효율적인 공간을 조성하고자 한다. 하천지역의 경관정비 및 지역주민과 관광객이 함께 누릴 수 있는 시설을 고안하여, 농촌 지역사회의 애착심과 지역주민의 개발 지지를 이끌어내고자 한다. 더불어 외부관광객 유치시설 및 프로그램을 제시하여 소멸위기지역으로 지정된 괴산군 및 지역의 관광활성화에 이바지 할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 또한 객단위 방문객의 체류시간을 늘려 관광수요와 지역사회 소비를 동시에 이끌어내기 위한 체류형 관광지 조성을 필요로 함에 따라 방문수요와 동기를 파악하여, 방문객의 체류시간을 늘이기 위한 노력이 요구되며 이를 위한 체험형 프로그램 및 볼거리, 즐길거리 요소를 포함할 필요가 있다. 또한, 코로나 위기 이후 비대면 관광의 활성화로 근거리, 소도시, 자연친화공간 선호 및 차박 등의 새로운 관광형태의 대두는 대상지의 개발 타당성을 확보하게 하며, 이를 바탕으로 대상지 관련 개발안 수립을 통해 관광객 선호 트렌드 및 개발 필수구성요소를 도출하여 개발의 근거로 하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to present an effective tourism development plan, including various ways to create a resting place for local residents and attract external tourists, for M-River Beach located in Buljeong-myeon, Goesan-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. The study target site includes river areas as upstream sections of the downstream area of Dalcheon Stream, and intends to create an efficient space to guarantee the leisure of local residents by utilizing the advantages designated as a hydrophilic district. It aims to draw the attachment of the rural community and support for the development of local residents by devising facilities that can be enjoyed by local residents and tourists together in the river area. In addition, by presenting facilities and programs for attracting external tourists, we intend to come up with measures to contribute to the revitalization of tourism in Goesan-gun and the region designated as an endangered area. In addition, as it is necessary to create a stay-type tourist destination to simultaneously induce tourism demand and community consumption by increasing the stay time of visitors, efforts are required to increase the stay time of visitors, including hands-on programs, attractions, and entertainment. In addition, with the revitalization of non-face-to-face tourism after the COVID-19 crisis, new types of tourism such as short-range, small cities, nature-friendly space preferences and car camping will ensure the feasibility of development.
