국문 초록

이 연구는 협력적 팀 접근을 통한 행동지원이 발달지체 유아의 공격행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 참여 유아는 통합 유치원에 다니고 있는 발달지체 유아 1명을 대상으로 상황 간 중다 기초선 설계(multiple baseline design across settings)를 사용하여 행동중재를 실시하였다. 연구 참여 유아의 공격행동이 자주 발생하는 가정과 유치원에서 기능적 행동평가 및 예방 전략, 행동 교수전략, 반응 전략을 포함하는 다요소 행동지원 중재를 실행하였다. 연구 결과 협력적 팀 접근을 통한 행동지원 중재는 연구 참여 유아의 공격행동 감소에 효과적이었으며, 중재 종료 후에도 가정과 유치원에서 공격행동 감소의 효과가 유지되었다. 본 연구는 발달지체 유아의 발달 특성과 가정생활 및 유치원 생활에서 나타나는 행동의 기능을 파악하여 협력적 팀 접근을 통한 행동중재를 적용함으로써 다요소 행동 중재 적용이 발달지체 자녀를 둔 부모와 발달지체 유아를 지도하는 유치원 교사들에게 효과적인 중재 방법이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한 습득한 행동의 일반화를 위해 가정과 유치원의 연계 및 치료센터, 주간보호센터, 복지관 등 지역사회 환경으로 확장된 적용에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of multi-component behavioral intervention support through a collaborative team approach on the aggressive behavior of a young child with developmental delay. This study used multiple baseline design across settings for a 5-year 4-month old child with developmental delay in which aggressive behavior was observed attending an inclusive kindergarten. The Multi-component behavioral intervention support including functional behavioral assessment and prevention strategies, behavior instruction strategies, response strategies were implemented in homes and kindergartens where aggressive behaviors of a young child participating in the study frequently occur. As a result of the study, multi-component behavioral intervention support through a collaborative team approach was effective in reducing the aggressive behavior of a child participating in the study. In the maintenance period after intervention, the effect of reducing aggressive behavior was maintained at home and in kindergarten. This study demonstrated that the application of multi-component behavioral interventions can be an effective intervention method for parents of young children with developmental delays and kindergarten teachers who instruct young children with developmental delays by identify the developmental characteristics, behavioral functions and application behavioral interventions through a collaborative team approach in family life and kindergarten life. In addition, for generalization of the acquired behavior, the connection between home and kindergarten and extended application to community environments such as treatment centers, day care centers, and welfare centers were discussed.
