국문 초록

현재 콘텐츠 산업은 기존의 시청각 서비스 영역에서 4차 산업기술과의 결합과 다원적 영역에서의 콘텐츠 부문 발전으로 급속하게 확장되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 문화서비스 부문 K-콘텐츠 확산을 위한 자유무역협정 협력 현황 및 대응 방안을 분석하였다. 즉 본고에서는 FTA 사례 대상으로 한·미 FTA 및 한-EU FTA를 선정하였다. 필자는 FTA 협정 내용 중 문화서비스와 관련된 문화 영역 시청각서비스 개방, 지식재산권, 문화협력에 관한 고찰을 통해 정부 지원 방향과 대응전략을 제시하고자 한다. K콘텐츠 문화상품을 확산은 개인의 창의성과 기업의 전략, 대중에의 영향력의 영역이다. 이에 정부는 지속적인 K콘텐츠 확산을 지원하기 위해 통상협상에서 대상국의 시청각 서비스 시장접근이 원활할 수 있도록 지원하여야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Currently, the content industry is rapidly expanding from the existing audiovisual service area to the combination of the 4th Industrial Revolution and the development of the content sector in a pluralistic area. In this paper, the current status of free trade agreement (FTA) cooperation and countermeasures for the spread of K-contents in the cultural service sector were analyzed. This study selected Korea-US FTA and Korea-EU FTA as FTA cases. I would like to present the direction of government support and countermeasures through the consideration of opening cultural area audiovisual service related to cultural service, intellectual property rights, and cultural cooperation among the contents of FTA agreement. The spread of K-contents cultural products depends on ​​individual creativity, corporate strategy, and influence on the public. Therefore, the government should support the smooth access of the target countries to the audiovisual service market in trade negotiations to support the continuous spread of K-contents.
