영문 초록

This paper is inquire into the system and culture of Joseon朝鮮 dynasty through the Chaotianlu朝天錄 YanxingLu燕行錄 written by an envoy to China in Joseon朝鮮 dynasty. The system and culture of Joseon dynasty朝鮮 is very similar to China on the outside. But if we have a good look at into the system and culture of Joseon dynasty朝鮮, we could easily find out the differences between two countries. Joseon朝鮮 dynasty is very faithful to the principle of Neo-Confucianism. So many envoy are feel perplexed when they are in China to see diverse phenomenon of culture. For example, Buddism is very popular in Beijing and see many temples and the doctrines of Wang Yangming was also popular among people. They also found out the daily life of Joseon朝鮮 was different from that of China. For example, funeral rites because confucian ritualism朱子家禮 was well obeyed in Joseon朝鮮 than China and classical scholar in Joseon朝鮮 did not want to go marketplace to buy somethings because they keep their own face by not to talk with merchant. But in China many scholar and a high office likes to visit market to by something partly becauew they stressed on practical value. Now Korean Wave韓流 was very popular in China. Through this investigation we could find that the system and culture of Joseon朝鮮 and China have something different each other. Similar but not same have something special to chinese people. Korea well obtained traditional cultural but not same. Korean. And it makes their culture creative and original.
