국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 집단미술치료 프로그램이 특수교사의 교사효능감과 직무스트레스에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 본 연구와 관련된 특수교사들로서 실험집단과 통제집단 각 5명으로 구성하였으며, 집단미술치료 프로그램은 주 1∼2회, 90분씩 총 10회기를 실시하였다. 이와 함께 집단미술치료 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 연구자는 교사 효능감 척도, 직무스트레스척도를 사용하여 실험집단 및 통제집단의 사전검사와 사후검사를 실시하였다. 또한 연구의 효과성 검증을 위해 비모수적 통계방법인 Mann-Whitney U검증과 Wilcoxon 부호 순위 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과는 첫째, 집단미술치료 프로그램이 특수교사의 교사 효능감을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 집단미술치료가 특수교사의 직무스트레스를 감소시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 종합하여 보면, 특수교사를 위한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 교사 효능감 향상과 직무스트레스 감소를 위한 접근방식의 변화를 제공하였고, 미술치료 현장에서의 적용 가능성을 제시하였다는데 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of group art therapy programs on special education teachers’ teaching efficacy and their job stress. Method: The subjects were the special education teachers related to this study. The control and experimental groups consisted of five special education teachers, respectively. Group Art therapy programs were conducted twice a week for 90 minutes each in a total of 10 sessions. In addition, for observing the effects of group art therapy programs, researchers implemented pre and post tests on both control and experimental groups using teacher efficacy and job stress scales. Furthermore, researchers implemented Mann-Whitney U Tests and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Tests which were non-parametric statistics for the effectiveness verification of this research. Result: Firstly, group art therapy programs showed a positive effect on improving special education teachers’ teacher efficacy. Secondly, group art therapy programs had a positive effect on decreasing the job stress of special education teachers. Conclusion: Group Art therapy programs for special education teachers provided a different way of handling job stress and increasing teacher efficacy in addition to providing the applicable and experiential research data for art therapy field.
