국문 초록

현대사회에서 민간경비원의 전문성은 매우 중요하다. 그리나 현행 일반경비원 교육 방식은 사람들이 요구하는 일정수준에 달하지 못하는 경비원들을 양성하고 있으며, 그 전문성 또한 매우 낮다. 이에 현행 일반경비원 신임교육 및 직무교육 현황을 통해서 문제점을 파악할 것이며, 파악한 문제점을 중심으로 개선방안을 도출하여 민간경비원의 질적 향상 및 산업의 전문성을 강화하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 다음과 같이 제언한다. 첫 번째로 신임교육 과목 공통과목과 특별과목으로 구분하여야 한다. 두 번째는 신임교육기관을 직무별로 특성화 교육을 실시할 수 있도록 변경해야 한다. 세 번째는 온라인 직무교육을 담당하는 기관 선정의 기준을 강화해야 한다. 마지막으로는 오로지 취업 후에만 신임교육을 받을 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이러한 제언을 통해 일반경비원의 전문성이 강화되고 효과적으로 직무가 수행 될 수 있도록 기대한다.

영문 초록

The expertise of private security guards is very important in modern society. However, the current general security guard education method trained the security guards who don’t reach a certain level required by people. And their expertise is also very low. So, I will identify problems through the current status of recruit education and job training of general security guards, and I will improve the quality of general security guards and strengthen industry expertise by improvement focusing on the identified problems. In this paper, I would like to make the following suggestions. First, it should be divided into common and special subjects for recruit education subjects. Second, it is necessary to change the new educational institution so that specialized education can be conducted for each job. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the criteria for selecting institutions in charge of online job training. Finally, it should be possible to receive new education only after employment. Through these suggestions, it is expected that the expertise of general security guards can be strengthened, and their duties can be effectively performed.
