국문 초록

이 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대의 기조에 맞춰 현재 전 세계 경찰조직에서 도입중인 스마트치안(SMART Policing)을 경찰과 함께 치안분야의 일선에서 일하고 있는 민간경비산업에 도입하여 민간경비의 발전방향을 설정하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 한국의 민간경비는 비교적 늦게 시작하였으나 국가의 성장과 더불어 급속한 양적성장이 함께 이루어지고 있다. 이제 한국의 민간경비 산업은 시대의 변화와 과학기술의 발전으로 새로운 전환점에 와 있다. 그 동안 국내 민간경비 산업의 발전은 산업화와 경제 발전으로 인한 양적 팽창이었으며 다른 산업에서는 요구되 되었던 민간경비조직과 경영의 합리화가 시급한 문제가 되지 않았다. 하지만 4차 산업혁명 등 정보통기술과 과학기술이 빠르게 발전하면서 경비 산업도 이를 적용해야하며 변화해야만 한다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하자 4차 산업혁명 시대의 주요 핵심과학기술의 개념과 특징을 파악하고 세계 경찰조직에서 도입중인 스마트치안의 활용을 통해 민간경비의 발전방향과 과거보다 더 전문적이고 과학적인 방법을 통해 민간경비를 운용하기 위한 방안은 찾고자 한다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to establish the direction of development of private expenses by introducing SMART Policing, which is currently being introduced by police organizations around the world, to the private security industry, which is working with the police. Private expenses in Korea began relatively late, but rapid quantitative growth is taking place along with the growth of the country. Now, Korea s private security industry is at a new turning point with the changes of the times and the development of science and technology. Until now, the development of the domestic private security industry has been quantitative expansion due to industrialization and economic development, and the rationalization of private security organizations and management, which has been required in other industries, has not become an urgent problem. However, as information and communication technologies such as the 4th Industrial Revolution and science and technology develop rapidly, the security industry must apply them and change. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we will identify the concepts and characteristics of major core science and technology in the era of the 4th industrial revolution and find ways to operate private expenses through more professional and scientific methods than in the past.
