특수교육대상 유아의 통합교육과 팀 협력

국문 초록

유치원 통합교육이 법적, 정책적으로 기반을 마련했음에도 교육현장에서는 여전히 해결해야 할 문제들이 많다. 특히, 특수교사와 일반교사들은 통합교육 상황에서 일반적인 의무를 수행해야 하는 상황이 늘고 있으나 구체적인 조언 자료나 참고할 만한 자료들이 부족하다. 교사들은 통합교육이 시대의 흐름이고, 잘 하고 싶은 의지는 있으나 방법을 잘 몰라서 어려움을 겪고 있음을 보고한다. 이 연구에서는 교사들이 통합교육 상황에서 어려움을 해결해 나갈 수 있는 방법으로 팀 협력을 제시하였다. 연구는 유치원 통합교육 현황과 정의 및 효과, 통합교육 시의 어려움을 살펴보고 팀 협력에 대하여 설명하는 순으로 진행하였다. 통합교육에서 팀 협력은 성공적인 통합교육을 위한 중요한 방법 중 하나이며, 특수교사와 일반교사, 보호자, 학교행정가, 특수교육 실무원과의 협력이 포함된다. 팀 구성원은 협력을 성공적으로 이끌기 위하여 다음과 같은 내용이 필요하다. (1) 협력의 자발적 진행, (2) 참여자 간 균등한 관계 형성, (3) 공동의 목표와 이상 추구, (4) 협력팀의 책임과 자원 나누기, (5) 심리적으로 안전한 분위기에서 자신의 생각과 의견 표현 기회 갖기 (6) 팀의 결정에 대한 공동 책임, (7) 체계적인 회의 절차와 규칙적인 모임, (8) 협력에 대한 긍정적인 태도.

영문 초록

There are still many issues to be solved at the educational scene, even though kindergarten inclusive education is based on legal and policy. In particular, special education and inclusive education teachers are increasingly required to perform general duties in an inclusive education environment, but there are less reference to specific advice or resources to consult. Teachers report that inclusive education is the trend of the times, and that they are struggling because they have the passion to teach well, but do not know how. Therefore, this study suggested team cooperation as a way for teachers to overcome difficulties in an inclusive education environment. The research was formed in order explaining the status and effectiveness of inclusive education, difficulties that teachers might go through, and team cooperation. Team cooperation is one of the important method to achieve successful inclusive education and this includes cooperation between special education teachers, inclusive teachers, parents, school administrators, and special education practitioners. Team members need the following to successfully lead the cooperation. (1) Spontaneous progress of cooperation, (2) Forming an even relationship between participants, (3) To pursue common goals and ideals, (4) Sharing the responsibilities and resources of a cooperative team, (5) Having the opportunity to express one s thoughts and opinions in a spirit that is safe in spirit, (6) The joint responsibility for the team s decision, (7) Systematic meeting procedures and regular meetings, (8) Positive attitude toward cooperation.
