국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 자기진로이해부족과 대학생활만족도의 관계에서 자아존중감의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 충청북도 소재의 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 202명의 설문자료를 분석대상으로 선정했다. 설문 결과에 대해 SPSS 23을 활용하여 기술통계, 상관관계 분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시했다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생활만족도는 자기진로이해부족과 유의미한 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 자아존중감과는 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 자기진로이해부족은 자아존중감과 유의미한 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 위계적 회귀분석결과 자기진로이해부족과 대학생활만족도에서 자아존중감의 조절효과가 유의미하게 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 대학생의 자기진로이해부족, 자아존중감, 대학생활 만족도의 관계에 대하여 선행연구를 토대로 고찰하고, 대학생의 자기진로이해부족과 대학생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 자아존중감을 향상할 수 있는 심리치료적 이해를 통하여 대학생이 건강한 대학생활을 영위하고 사회에 잘 적응할 수 있는 방법을 논의하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effects of self-esteem on the relationship between university students lack of self-understanding on career and campus life satisfaction. To this end, an analysis on 202 university students enrolled in a university located at Chungcheongbuk-do was conducted, by using the SPSS 23. The descriptive statistics of each variable in this study and the correlations among the variables were verified, and a hierarchical regression was conducted to find out the mediating effect of self-esteem on the relationship between university students lack of self-understanding on career and campus life satisfaction. The findings show that the campus life satisfaction has a significantly negative correlation with the lack of self-understanding on career; the campus life satisfaction has a significantly positive correlation with the self-esteem; the lack of self-understanding on career has a significantly negative correlation with the self-esteem. There were significant moderation effects of self-esteem on the relationship between university students lack of self-understanding on career and campus life satisfaction. This study attempts to consider the relationship among university students lack of self-understanding on career, self-esteem and campus life satisfaction, based on the results of previous research and discuss how university students enjoy healthy campus life and properly adapt to our society, through the psychotherapeutic understanding for enhancing the self-esteem affecting both their lack of self-understanding on career and campus life satisfaction.
