영문 초록

After the collapse of the Soviet union, ethnic minorities has demanded the development of their own cities by local politicians and started the regional economic development by demanding of local people. In particular, an important link between the local people and ethnic minorities has demanded. Most ethnic minorities are looking for the link in their idols, traditions and ethnic heritage. A ethnic minority group – Tuba in Siberia also has same situation.. The Republic of Tuba, formed by a small ethnic minority, which is lager 1.6 times than the size of Korean territory, has been developed in the 21st century, keeping their national identity. In the center located the ‘khoomei’, which is their own singing voice. The ‘Khoomei’ is also the sound of grasslands. Tuba, which is geographically in the central Siberia and the center of Asia, is developing the voice song ‘khoomie’ as its own unique cultural heritage. And they are striving to promote themselves in the international society with their motifs of national culture and arts. In the process of writing, we will also analyze the relationship between korean’s culture and tuba’s.
