국문 초록

최근 코로나 19로 인하여 전 세계 경제가 그 어느 때보다도 심각한 상황에 처해 있다. 이로 인하여 국내외 항공사와 호텔들을 포함한 대부분의 서비스 관련 직종에서 채용이 중단되는 사태가 지속되면서 항공서비스 관련 전공 대학생들 또한 취업에 대한 스트레스가 높아지고 있다. 이러한 어려움을 돌파하기 위하여 전공만족도를 높이고 보다 적극적인 취업준비행동으로 취업스트레스를 낮추어 학생들의 학업과 취업에 효과적인 활용방안을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구는 충청, 대구, 경북지역 4년제 3개 대학의 항공서비스 관련 학과와 호텔 관련 학과의 재학생들을 조사를 실시하였다. 가설검증 결과 첫째, 취업스트레스는 전공만족과의 관계에 영향관계가 없는 것으로 나타나 가설이 기각되었으며, 둘째, 취업스트레스와 예비적 직업탐색은 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 취업스트레스와 적극적 직업탐색 또한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전공만족은 예비적 직업탐색에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 다섯째, 전공만족이 적극적 직업탐색에도 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 기초로 취업스트레스를 관리하고 전공만족을 높여 취업준비행동의 예비적 직업탐색과 적극적 직업탐색을 향상시켜 진로결정과 취업을 돕는 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

The global economy has never faced a challenge like the recent outbreak of COVID-19. As a result, most service-related industries, including domestic and international airlines and hotels, have stopped hiring new employees, increasing the Employment stress s level of university students studying fields related to the airline industry. In order to overcome such difficulties, this study aims to explore effective ways for their study and job-seeking by increasing satisfaction level with major and lowering Employment stress through more active Employment Preparation Behavior. To this end, this study surveyed students majoring in the airline and hotel industries at three four-year universities located in Chungcheong, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk. As a result of verifying the research hypotheses, the following results were derived: First, Employment stress showed no effect on Major Satisfaction, rejecting the hypothesis. Second, Employment stress had a statistically significant effect on Preliminary preparation. Third, Employment stress also showed a positive effect on Full-scale preparation. Fourth, Major Satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on Preliminary preparation. Fifth, Major Satisfaction also had a significant effect on Full-scale preparation. Based on the results, this study can be used as basic data in helping make career decisions and land a job by managing Employment stress, increasing Major Satisfaction, and improving Preliminary and Full-scale preparation.
