국문 초록

전 세계는 해양관광 경쟁 시대를 맞이하여 해양 산업이 매우 중요시하고 있다. 해양 경제는 해양자원, 해양관광을 새로운 경제 산업으로 인식되면서, 해양관광이 새로운 관광활동으로 급부상 되고 있다. 본 연구는 지속 가능한 해양도서 관광자원의 활동 유형 및 개발의 특성을 조사하였고, 국내 해양도서 관광 산업의 개발 정책에 대한 SWOT 분석을 통해 해양관광을 활성화를 기회 요인과 위험요인을 도출하였으며, 해양관광의 성공적인 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 결론을 통해 몇 가지 제언을 해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해양도서 관광자원에 대한 중·장기적인 정책과 계획수립과 해양레저스포츠 시설과 숙박·위락 편의시설의 정비와 확충이 시급하다. 둘째, 해양도서 관광 발전과 홍보를 위한 문화 해설사의 전문 인력 양성이 시급과 협력 거버넌스를 통해 해양관광 개발을 위한 관련 법률 제도의 개선이 필요하다. 셋째, 해양관광 상품개발에 대한 행정적 지원과 투자가 이루어져야 한다. 우리나라 해양도서 관광자원의 특성을 분석하고, 해양도서 관광자원의 매력요인을 추출하고, 매력성 있는 해양관광 상품개발 및 해양관광 활성화에 따른 지속 가능한 해양관광산업의 파급 효과는 매우 클 것이다.

영문 초록

The world is facing the era of the maritime economy, and the maritime industry is placing importance on it. As the marine economy recognizes marine resources and marine tourism as a new economic industry, marine tourism is rapidly emerging as a new tourism activity. This study investigated the types of activities and characteristics of development of sustainable marine tourism resources, and derived opportunities and risk factors to revitalize marine tourism through SWOT analysis on the development policy of the domestic marine tourism industry. I would like to present a model. Based on these conclusions, some suggestions are made as follows. First, it is urgent to establish mid- to long-term policies and plans for marine tourism in the coast, and to maintain and expand marine leisure sports facilities and accommodation, entertainment and convenience facilities. Second, it is necessary to improve the relevant legal system for marine tourism development through urgent pay and cooperative governance to foster professional human resources for cultural commentators for the development and promotion of marine tourism in the coast. Third, administrative support and investment should be made for the development of marine tourism products. The ripple effect of the marine tourism industry by utilizing Korea s marine characteristics, extracting attractive factors of marine tourism resources, developing attractive marine tourism products and revitalizing marine tourism will be very large.
