초등학교 고학년 다문화가정 학생의 대인관계능력 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 고학년 다문화가정 학생의 대인관계능력 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 구안하고 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 프로그램은 조사, 분석, 설계, 구안, 적용의 5단계를 거쳐 개발되었으며, 조사단계에서는 선행연구를 고찰하고 다문화가정 학생들을 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하였다. 분석단계에서는 프로그램 목적, 회기별 목표, 회기 수를 결정하고, 설계 및 구안단계는 목표 달성을 위해 선별된 활동 안을 이론전문가 및 현장전문가의 자문과정을 거쳐 수정･보완하였다. 적용단계에서는 충청 남·북도의 군 소재 초등학교 4~6학년 다문화가정 학생 중 프로그램 참여를 희망하는 학생 16명을 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 8명씩 배치하여 실험집단에 프로그램을 실시하였다. 프로그램 전과 후의 대인관계능력 검사를 실시하고 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 통해 자료를 분석한 결과, 대인관계능력 향상 프로그램의 효과성이 입증되었으며 하위 영역에서도 신뢰감 및 개방성 영역에서 두 집단 간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to design and apply a group counseling program to improve the ability of interpersonal relation of multicultural students of higher grades in elementary school. This group counseling program to enhance the ability of interpersonal relation is researched, analyzed, designed, developed and applied. It surveyed 42 multicultural students of higher grades in elementary school for actual requirement. The final program was developed by pilot, experts of theories, on-the-spot experts. The counseling program is based on consultation program development model by Park In-Woo(1995). The implementation of the program was conducted 12 sessions in total. For the test tool, Sim geong-ok’s interpersonal relation test for children is based on ‘Relationship Change Scale’ of Schlein & Guerny(1977) was used, and the processing of the data was done by using a ‘ANCOVA’ from SPSS/Window 12.0 software. To compensate the limitation of the quantitative results, the self-report of the members of the groups and the observation reports from the counselors were analyzed as well. The findings from the study were as follows; First, there were significant differences in the ability of interpersonal relation between the experimental group students who participated in the program and those who did not. Second, in the analysis of the each sub-factors of the program, openness and trust factors of the experimental group were significantly different from the control group and understandability s difference was close to level of significance.
