국문 초록

모바일 및 인터넷 등 전자상거래 채널이 다양해지고 코로나19로 인하여 택배 물동량이 급격히 증가함에 따라, 택배 산업의 생산성 증대가 중요하게 부각되고 있다. 생산성 증대 측면에서 중요한 요인으로 꼽히는 것은 택배 집배송 종사자의 직무만족도이다. 본 연구에서는 Herzberg의 동기·위생이론의 요인을 기반으로 택배 집배송 종사자의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 개인의 특성에 따라 요인별 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 L사에 근무하는 택배 집배송 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사에 의한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 동기요인에서 성취감, 성장가능성, 직무자체, 책임감은 직무만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 위생요인은 근무환경, 직무안정성이 직무만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개인특성의 경우, 근속년수와 평균수입(월)이 요인별 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구결과가 도출되었다. 따라서 택배 집배송 종사자들의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 사명감의 고취, 건전한 노사관계와 근로환경의 개선이 필요성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

As e-commerce channels such as mobile and internet are diversified and the volume of parcel delivery is rapidly increasing especially due to Covid-19, the increase in productivity of the parcel delivery industry is being highlighted. An important factor in terms of productivity increase is the job satisfaction of courier service workers. Based on the factors of Herzberg’s motivation and hygiene theory, the purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect job satisfaction of courier and delivery workers, and to analyze the effects of each factor on job satisfaction according to individual characteristics. For this purpose, in this study, a regression analysis was conducted based on a questionnaire survey on courier delivery workers working at Company ‘L’. The research results are as follows. First, in the motivation factors, it was found that sense of achievement, growth potential, job itself, and responsibility had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Second, as for hygiene factors, it was found that working environment and job stability had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. In the case of individual characteristics, it is showed that the number of years of service and average earnings (months) affect job satisfaction by factors. Therefore, it is necessary to inspire a sense of duty, sound labor-management relations, and improve the working environment in order to increase the satisfaction of courier service workers.
