청소년들을 위한 기업가정신 함양 교육프로그램 개발 방안

국문 초록

기업가정신과 창업 활동은 혁신을 통해 경제의 구조적 변화를 가속화시켜 국가경제발전과 경쟁력 향상을 위한 촉매제 역할을 한다. 더욱이 기업가정신의 함양과 창업 교육은 국가적인 차원에서 본다면 일자리 창출과 성장 동력을 창출하기 위한 훌륭한 인재를 양성하는 데 있어 매우 중요한 과제이다. 특히, 4차 산업혁명을 이끌어갈 미래의 인재를 발굴하고, 이들에게 기업가정신의 교육을 통하여 새로운 가치 창출과 국가 경제발전에 기여할 수 있는 교육프로그램의 개발이 절실히 요구된다. 이에 미국과 유럽을 중심으로 한 해외 선진국의 경우, 청소년을 위한 기업가정신 교육프로그램의 개발을 통하여 초등학교에서부터 대학에 이르는 전체 청소년을 대상으로 체계적으로 교육이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 앞으로 자라나는 청소년들에게 필요한 기업가 정신의 함양을 위하여 청소년을 위한 기업가정신 교육프로그램의 개발을 위한 교육모델과 프레임워크를 제안하고자 한다. 그리고 기업가정신교육과 관련된 다양한 분야의 전문가 180명의 의견을 수렴하여 우리나라의 청소년들에게 적합한 기업가정신 교육 방향과 교육 방법을 제시한다. 마지막으로 전문가 조사를 통해 나온 분석 결과를 기초로 청소년들에게 적합한 기업가정신 교육프로그램의 주요 토픽과 개발 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 조사된 결과는 우리나라 청소년들의 기업가정신 교육프로그램의 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공해줄 뿐만 아니라 기업가정신 교육의 방향을 설정하는 데 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

Entrepreneurship with start-up activities acts as catalysts for national economic development and corporate competitiveness enhancement, and also accelerates structural changes in the economy through innovation. Moreover, from the national perspectives, the cultivation of entrepreneurship and start-up education are very important tasks in training talented youths to create jobs and national growth engines. In particular, it is urgently required to cultivate future talented CEOs who will lead the 4th industrial revolution. As well, we have to develop entrepreneurship education and training programs that can contribute to the creation of new values and national economic development. Accordingly, entrepreneurship education programs for youth are being actively carried out in developed countries such as the United States and Europe. Youth education programs are systematically designed for all young people from elementary school to college in the country. This paper intends to propose an educational model and framework for the development of entrepreneurship education and training programs for youths in order to cultivate entrepreneurship. This paper suggests a entrepreneurship education direction and education method for Korean youth by collecting data and opinions from 180 experts who are interest in entrepreneurship education in various fields, Finally, This paper suggests some topics and a framework of an entrepreneurship education and training for young generation.
