국문 초록

본 연구에서는 COVID-19로 인하여 최근 증가하고 있는 비대면 온라인 교육프로그램에 중에서 외부 전문가를 활용한 비대면 온라인 창업 교육프로그램을 시행하여 만족도를 조사하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 조사목적과 연구범위를 고려하여 2020년 11월 한 달 동안 총 8번의 프로그램을 운영하였다. 창업에 관심 있는 D대학교 대학생을 대상으로 교육 신청을 받아 비대면 온라인창업 교육을 시행하고 교육을 이수한 총 497명의 만족도 조사를 시행한 후 분석을 하였다. 설문문항은 프로그램 운영 만족도, 프로그램 만족도, 핵심역량 및 교육목표 관련 만족도, 전체적 만족도로 구성하여 총 19문항으로 구성하였다. 외부 전문가를 활용한 창업 교육프로그램이 진행되면서 만족도가 높아졌으며, 만족도가 높아질수록 신청자가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 이를 통해 해당 교육에 대한 학생들의 피드백이 좋았고, 앞으로도 이와 같은 교육이 지속해서 진행되길 바라는 의견이 많은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In this study, a non-face-to-face online start-up education program using an external expert was implemented among non-face-to-face online education programs that are increasing recently due to COVID-19, and satisfaction was investigated and analyzed. In this study, a total of 8 programs were operated during the month of November 2020 in consideration of the research purpose and research scope. After receiving an education application for university students from D University who are interested in starting a business, a non-face-to-face online entrepreneurship education was conducted and a satisfaction survey was conducted for a total of 497 people who completed the education, and then analyzed. The questionnaire consisted of 19 items in total, consisting of program operation satisfaction, program satisfaction, satisfaction related to core competencies and educational goals, and overall satisfaction. As the start-up education program using external experts progressed, satisfaction increased, and as the satisfaction level increased, the number of applicants showed a tendency to increase. Through this, it was found that the feedback from the students on the education was good, and there were many opinions that such education would be continued in the future.
