잠재성장모형을 적용한 청소년의 자기조절학습 전략이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 잠재성장모형을 적용하여 청소년의 학업성취도 발달궤적에서 개인차를 검증하고, 자기조절학습전략이 학업성취도의 발달궤적에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구자료는 한국교육개발원의 『한국교육종단연구2013』 패널 데이터 2차년도(2014)∼5차년도(2017년) 4년간 6,033명으로부터 수집한 자료이다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 학업성취도 발달에 개인차가 있었다. 청소년기에 나타나는 학업성취도 발달패턴은 동일하지 않았으며, 학생들의 개인차에 따라 발달의 양상이 달라졌다. 둘째, 청소년의 자기조절학습전략이 학업성취도의 발달궤적에 미치는 영향을 분석하였는데, 자기효능감은 학업성취도에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 학년이 올라갈수록 지속해서도 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 인지조절전략은 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 행동조절전략은 학업성취도에 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 한편, 학년이 올라갈수록 학업성취도 향상에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 못했다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 청소년의 학업성취도를 향상하기 위하여 효과적인 자기조절학습전략을 가르칠 수 있는 체계적인 교육프로그램의 마련이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the developmental trajectory of academic achievement for adolescent students by applying the potential growth model, and to analyze the effects of self-regulated learning strategies on the developmental trajectory of academic achievement. The study used data collected from the Korean Educational Longitude Study (KELS2013) and the research subjects totaled 6,033 adolescents. The developmental trajectory of adolescent students academic achievement demonstrates that there were individual differences. The effects of self-regulated learning strategies on the development trajectory of academic achievement were analyzed. Self-efficacy(within self-regulated learning strategies) had a significant effect on academic achievement, which continued to improve. Cognitive regulation strategies did not significantly affect academic achievement. Behavior control strategies had a negative effect on academic achievement. Therefore, it is proposed that a systematic self-regulating learning strategy program be developed for adolescent students,moreover, a way to improve academic achievement is required.
