예비 교사를 위한 맞춤형 수업 실습 시스템 개발 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 교사로 하여금 맞춤형 수업을 실습할 수 있는 시스템을 설계, 개발, 실행하고 그 결과를 분석한 연구이다. 먼저 선행 연구 분석에 근거하여 맞춤형 수업의 기본 틀로서 첫째, ‘학습자 데이터 분석’ 단계, 둘째, ‘학습자 특성에 따른 맞춤형 학습 설계’ 단계, 셋째, ‘맞춤형 학습퍼실리테이션’ 단계를 설정하였다. 맞춤형 수업 설계·실행 3단계를 바탕으로 범교과 주제 중심 학습의 실습 맥락 하에서 실습 과제 및 활동을 구안하고, 가상의 학습자 데이터를 구축하였으며, 웹기반 실습 메뉴와 시스템을 구현하였다. 실습 시스템의 효과성 검증을 위해 70명의 사범대 예비교사를 대상으로 범교과 주제 중심 학습을 중심으로 한 맞춤형 수업 실습을 실행하였으며 설문과 성찰 노트를 양적, 질적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 본 실습 시스템의 효과성을 맞춤형 수업 설계·실행을 위한 의사 결정 훈련의 측면과 의사 결정 지원 장치의 유용성 측면에서 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 예비 교사들이 학습자 개개인의 인지, 사회, 정서적 특성에 주목하고, 학습자 분석을 토대로 수업을 설계하며, 차별화된 처치를 제공하는 과정을 실습하면서 맞춤형 교육 또는 학습자 중심 교육에 대해 재인식하게 되었다는 점에서 본 실습 시스템의 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study developed a system for the trainee teachers to practice customized classes and analyzed its effects. First of all, based on reviews of previous literature and theories, the basic framework of customized classes for topic-based cross-subject area was set up. The basic framework of the practice consisted of three stages: a learner data analysis stage, a customized learning design according to learner characteristics stage, and a customized learning facilitation stage. The practice tasks were designed for the teaching of across-subject areas. The activities were developed in ways that trainee teacher participants could be trained to analyze, select, and group learners in different ways in various teaching and learning situations. Based on the basic framework of customized classes, practical tasks and activities were devised under the context of the topic-based cross-subject learning, virtual learner data were established, and a web-based practical menu and system were implemented. In order to verify the effectiveness of the system, a customized class practice system focused on the topic-based cross-subject learning was implemented for 70 trainee teachers at teachers college, and surveys and reflection notes were analyzed. The analysis confirmed the effectiveness of this practice system in terms of decision-making training for the design and execution of customized classes and the usefulness of decision-supporting, which will contribute to the analysis of learner characteristics of trainee teachers and the improvement of customized classes design and execution capabilities.
