국문 초록

이 연구는 교사소진 척도(MBI-ES)를 국내 교사들을 대상으로 타당화하는데 목적이 있다. 이를위해 서울시 소재 학교에 재직 중인 교원을 대상으로 두 번의 조사를 실시하였으며, 내용타당도검증, 기술통계, 문항 간 상관, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, Rasch 모형 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 준거타당도 검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 내용 및 통계분석을 통해 타당성을 검토하였고, 부적절한 문항들에 대한 수정 및 삭제가 이루어졌다. 내용 검토를 통해 측정요인과의 관련성이 적은 문항, 다른 문항과 내용이 유사한 문항, 의미가 모호한 문항 등을 수정 또는 삭제하였고, 통계 분석을통해 문항 간 상관이 높은 문항, 문항 난이도가 낮은 문항, 문항 적합도의 기준에 부합하지 않는문항, 요인계수가 낮은 문항 등을 삭제하였다. 최종적으로 정서적 고갈, 개인적 성취감, 비인간화의3요인 구조를 유지하되 10문항으로 척도를 구성하여 타당성을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 한국형 교사소진 척도 타당화의 의의와 후속연구에 대한 제안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to validate the MBI-ES for Korean teachers. For this purpose, two surveys were conducted with teachers who were in the Seoul-based schools. A content validity test, descriptive statistics, inter-item correlation, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Rasch model analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and a criteria validity test were carried out. As a result of the study, the validity of the data was examined through contents and statistical analysis, and inappropriate items were corrected and deleted. Through a review of the contents, items that were less relevant to sub-factors, items with similar contents to other items, and items with ambiguous meanings were corrected or deleted. Through statistical analysis, items with a high correlation between items, items with low item difficulty, items that did not meet the criteria for the item fit, and items with low factor loadings were deleted. While maintaining the three-factor structure of emotional exhaustion, personal accomplishment, and depersonalization, a 10-item scale was constructed to confirm the validity. Finally, the significance of the Korean teacher burnout scale validation and a proposal for further study were discussed.
