중등 가정과 실습에 관한 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 학술정보서비스로 수집한 5차 교육과정부터 2015 개정 교육과정이 적용된 가정과 실습 교육에 관한 학위논문과 학술지 논문 43편을 대상으로 가정과 실습 교육 연구 동향을 교육과정별, 연구대상별, 연구내용별, 연구방법별로 살펴보았다. 연구결과 첫째, 교육과정별로는 가정과 이수 시간의 축소 등으로 실습 교육의 비중이 대폭 축소된 7차 교육과정 시기에 가장 많고다양한 연구가 발표되었다. 둘째, 연구대상별 동향은 7차 교육과정에 다양한 연구대상으로 실습연구가 이루어졌고, 7차 이전은 가정과 교사와 학생 대상, 2007 개정부터는 학생과 가정과 교육과정 대상으로만 연구가 이루어졌다. 셋째, 연구내용별 동향은 7차 교육과정 이전에는 가정과 수업현황 및 실태에 대한 연구가, 2007 개정 이후에는 가정과 실습 교육 프로그램 개발 연구가 많이실행되었다. 넷째, 연구방법별 동향은 7차 교육과정 이전에는 조사연구, 2007 개정 이후에는 개발연구가 많이 보고되었다. 이러한 동향분석 결과를 바탕으로 가정과 교육 전문가 6인과 심층 인터뷰를 진행하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 그 결과, 가정과 교육에서의 실습이 가지는 가치와 정의를명확히 하는 것이 필요하고, 가정과 실습 교육 모형 개발 연구, 영역 통합적인 가정과 실습 교육에관한 연구, 실습 교육의 효과를 측정하기 위한 평가 척도 및 루브릭 개발 연구, 다양한 실습 도구와전략에 관한 연구 등이 시급히 이루어져야 할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study examined the research trends in secondary school Home Economics(HE) practice by curriculum, research subject, research topic and research method, focusing on theses and journal articles published in the period from the 5th national curriculum to the 2015 revised national curriculum. The results can be summarized as follows. First, by curriculum, the largest number of studies were published during the period of the 7th national curriculum when the compulsory instruction time of the practice in HE was reduced. Second, by research subject, during the 7th national curriculum period, the studies for relatively more diverse research subjects were conducted. However, before the 7th curriculum period, the research subjects were restricted to HE teachers and students, whereas after this period, only students and HE curriculum were dealt with as a research subject. Third, by research topic, before the 7th curriculum period, researchers used to concentrate on the conditions of HE practice classes, while after the 7th curriculum period, the studies on the development of HE practice education program were mainly presented. Lastly, by research method,before the 7th curriculum period, majority of studies were based on survey, whereas after the 7th curriculum period, programs and educational materials development was the most common approach. Based on the outcomes, this study conducted an in-depth interview with 6 HE education experts. The interviewees opined that defining the value and meaning of HE practice is of the utmost importance. The interview results also indicated that it is necessary to develop the instructional models,areas-integrated models and assessment criteria for HE practice. Last but not least, scholars in the HE field are required to research various teaching tools and strategies regarding HE practice.
