교육복지대상 청소년의 자기효능감을 위한 가상악기 중심 음악 프로그램 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 가상악기 중심 음악 프로그램이 교육복지대상 청소년의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시행되었다. 연구 참여자는 교육복지대상 청소년으로 C도 소재의 청소년문화센터 이용자 2명이다. 연구는 2019년 8월 30일부터 11월 8일까지 주 1~2회, 매 회기 50분씩, 총 12회기의 프로그램으로 진행되었다. 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해 자기효능감 척도를 프로그램 시행 전과 후에 측정하였으며, 하위 요인과 관련하여 세션 내에서 보이는 참여자의 음악적·언어적 반응을 기록하고 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기효능감 척도 측정 결과 참여자 모두 사전 점수에 비해 사후 점수가 증가하였다. 둘째, 자기효능감 하위 요인 관련 음악적·언어적 반응에서 참여자 모두 자신의 과제수행 능력에 대해 긍정적으로 평가하였으며 새로운 과제에 대한 도전의식을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 교육복지대상 청소년을 대상으로 하는 음악치료 연구 영역을 확대하는데 있어 참고할 수 있는 자료를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study is a case study to examine the changes in self-efficacy of adolescents who are on education welfare through a virtual studio technology instrument music program(VSTi music program). Two teenagers, who are educational welfare adolescents and youth cultural center users, located in province C, willingly volunteered to cooperate with this study. This study was conducted once or twice a week with a total of twelve sessions, 50 minutes each from August 30th, 2019 to November 8th, 2019. To evaluate the effectiveness of the program, the self-efficacy scale was measured before and after the program was implemented, and the musical and linguistic responses of participants in the session were recorded and analyzed. The results of this study are following: First, the participants had higher scores in self-efficacy scale after the program. Second, in the musical and linguistic responses related to self-efficacy, the participants positively evaluated their ability to achieve their tasks, and confirmed their challenges to new tasks. This study presented data that can be used to expand the area of music therapy studies for adolescents in educational welfare.
