심리운동을 적용한 움직임 교육이 발달장애 아동의 운동성과 놀이행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 심리운동을 적용한 움직임 교육이 발달장애 아동의 운동성과 놀이행동에 미치는 효과를 살펴본 것으로 운동성과 놀이성에 어려움이 있는 발달장애아동 6명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 대상에게 심리운동을 적용한 움직임교육을 주 2회 60분씩 20주간, 총 40회기를 실시 후 그 변화를 살펴보았다. 연구도구로 MABC-2를 이용하여 아동의 운동지수 변화를 살펴보았고 놀이성평가(CPS)검사를 통한 놀이행동 변화를 살펴보았다. 심리운동을 적용한 움직임 교육의 효과를 검정하기 위하여 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 활용한 Wilcoxon 부호검정을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 심리운동을 적용한 움직임 교육이 발달장애아동의 운동성의 하위영역인 손의 기민성, 표적 맞추기와 잡기, 평형성에 고른 향상을 보인 것으로 나타났으며, 놀이행동에서도 하위영역인 주도적 참여, 인지적 융통성, 즐거움의 표현, 자발적 몰입의 모든 영역에 고른 향상을 준 것으로 나타났다. 추후 발달장애를 비롯한 다른 장애 영역을 대상으로 한 심리운동을 적용한 움직임 교육에 대한 지속적 연구와 다양한 대상에 대한 후속 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study examines the effect of movement education applying psychological exercise on the mobility and play behavior of children with developmental disabilities. Six children with developmental disabilities who have difficulties in mobility and play were targeted. The study subjects were given a movement education that applied psychological exercise twice a week for 60 minutes for 20 weeks, a total of 40 sessions, and then the change was examined. Using MABC-2 as a research tool, the change in children s motor index was examined, and the change in play behavior through playability evaluation(CPS) was examined. In order to test the effect of movement education to which psychomotor is applied, the Wilcoxon sign test using the spss 22.0 program was used for analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that movement education applied with psychological exercise showed even improvement in hand agility, targeting and catching, and balance, which are sub-domains of mobility of children with developmental disabilities, and also in play behavior, which are sub-domains of initiative participation and cognitive flexibility, expression of pleasure, and voluntary immersion in all areas were found to have improved evenly. In the future, it is necessary to continue research on movement education by applying psychomotor to other disability areas, including developmental disabilities, and follow-up studies on various subjects.
