국문 초록

경제성장의 동력으로 창업이 강조되면서 대학의 역할이 교육, 연구, 산학협력에서 창업으로 진화하고 있다. 특히, 기술사업화와 일자리창출에 중요한 역할을 하는 교원창업의 중요성이 계속 확대되고 있으나, 그 성과는 매우 저조하여 교원창업 활성화 요인을 도출해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 국립대학 교원의 기업가 지향성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 금전욕의 매개효과를 중심으로 고찰하였다. 국립대학 교원을 대상으로 140부의 자료를 수집하여 기업가 지향성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향과 금전욕의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 국립대학 교원의 기업가 지향성은 금전욕에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 금전욕은 창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기업가 지향성은 국립대 교원의 창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 기업가 지향성은 금전욕을 매개하여 창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 교원 창업활성화를 위한 이론적·실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

As entrepreneurship is emphasized as a driving force for economic growth, the role of universities is evolving from education, research, and industry-university cooperation to entrepreneurship. In particular, although the importance of faculty start-up, which plays an important role in technology commercialization and job creation, continues to expand, its performance is very poor, so it is necessary to derive factors to promote faculty start-up. In this study, the effect of the entrepreneurial orientation of national university professors on the will to start a business was examined with a focus on the mediating effect of financial desire. The effect of entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial intentions and the mediating effect of financial desire was analyzed by collecting 140 copies of data from professors at national universities. As a result of the analysis, the entrepreneurial orientation of national university professors has a positive (+) effect on the desire for money, and the desire for money has a positive (+) effect on the will to start a business. It was found that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive (+) effect on the entrepreneurial intention of professors of national universities, and entrepreneurial orientation has a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention by mediating financial desire. Based on these research results, theoretical and practical implications for revitalizing professors entrepreneurship are suggested.
