국문 초록

본 연구는 정부의 다양한 창업지원 사업에 참여한 창업가들을 대상으로 창업지원사업의 만족도가 창업가의 기술창업역량의 강화와 창업성과 간의 관계를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 정부의 창업지원 사업은 여덟 가지 유형(창업교육, 시설/공간사용, 멘토링 및 컨설팅, 창업아이템의 사업화, 정책자금, R&D, 판로 및 마케팅지원, 창업행사 등 네트워크)으로 구분하였고, 기술창업역량은 민첩성, 동적역량 그리고 사업화역량 등을 제안하여 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 자료는 정부의 창업지원 사업에 참여한 경험이 있는 창업가를 대상으로 총 701부를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 정부의 창업지원사업의 만족도는 창업가들의 기술창업역량을 증가시키는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 창업가의 창업지원 사업에 대한 만족도는 사업화역량을 강화하는 데 있어 민첩성과 동적행동과 같은 창업가의 행동적 역량을 통해 간접적 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 창업가의 민첩성과 동적역량은 창업성과에 직접적인 영향보다는 사업화역량을 통해 형성되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 창업가의 기술창업역량 강화를 위한 정부의 창업지원활동에 좋은 효과를 줄 수 있다. 또한 창업가들의 기술창업역량 강화를 통해 창업성과를 유도하기 위한 창업지원사업의 중요성을 확인하고 창업성과를 위한 모델을 확립하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to confirm the relationship between the satisfaction of entrepreneurs who participated in the government s various entrepreneurial support projects, and entrepreneurs technical startup capability and entrepreneurial achievement. The government s start-up support project was divided into eight types (start-up education, facility/space use, mentoring and consulting, commercialization of start-up items, policy funding, R&D, sales channels and marketing support, and start-up event networks). As for technology start-up capability, agility, dynamic capability, and commercialization capability were suggested, and the impact on start-up achievement was confirmed. A total of 701 copies were used for the analysis of entrepreneurs who had experience in participating in the government s start-up support project. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the satisfaction of the government s start-up support project increases the technology start-up capabilities of entrepreneurs. In particular, it was confirmed that the satisfaction of entrepreneurs with government s start-up support projects has an indirect effect through entrepreneurs behavioral capabilities such as agility and dynamic behavior in strengthening their commercialization capabilities. In addition, it was found that the agility and dynamic competence of entrepreneurs are formed indirectly through entrepreneurial competence, not directly to entrepreneurial performance. These research results can confirm the effect of the government s start-up support project to strengthen entrepreneurs technology start-up capabilities. In addition, the results of this study will be helpful in recognizing the relative importance of start-up support project to induce start-up performance through reinforcement of technological start-up capabilities of start-ups, and in forming a model for start-up performance.
