영문 초록

This purpose of this paper is to analyze growth factors of the real estate industry in our country. I had analysed the growth factor of the real estate industry by using an input-output analysis to enhance the competitiveness of the real estate industry through I-O table of year from 2000 to 2010 of Korea. The suggestions that are made from this study are as follows : 1. It has turn out that the growth recession of the real estate industry be caused by diminishing of import substitution and final demand in the 5 year since 2005. 2. It has analysed that export and technical improvement according to the real estate industry was contributed greatly to the growth of the real estate industry. It suggest that it need to concentrate a political competence in technological improvement, regulatory reform of the real estate market, and export according to the real estate industry instead of depending on final demand to enhance the competitiveness of the real estate industry.
