영문 초록

A Development of Basic Evaluation Indicator for Introducing Index of Residence Organize of Autonomous Community. This study developed reference model for calculation Index of Residence Organize which applicated commonly to Autonomous Community of all over the country using the index system of residence organize in Seoul. First of all, basic evaluation indicators are selected through the process of theoretical consideration and the final analytic indicators are determined by Focus Group Interview(FGI). And then, the final model for Index of Residence Organize is deducted by weight between indicator using the AHP analysis. As a results of this study, four evaluation items(characteristics of physical, land, environment and safety, community) and eighteen detail indicators are deducted. Analysis result of weight, the importance of ratio of old faulty building and ratio of weak structure are represented high in characteristics of physical. the importance of ratio of too small lot and ratio of government owned land are represented high in characteristics of land. The importance of regional characteristic and degree of risk by a disaster are represented high in characteristics of environment and safety. the importance of push ahead will and ratio of basic livelihood security recipients are represented high in characteristics community
