국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구는 지체장애학생을 대상으로 소셜로봇의 사용 양상과 만족도를 분석하여 특수교육 분야에서 소셜로봇 활용의 다양성과 사용자 니즈에 기반한 소셜로봇 개발에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위하여 지체장애학생 5명을 선정하여 소셜로봇을 가정에서 9주간 사용한 후 사용 양상과 만족도를 분석하였다. 먼저 사용 양상은 로그 데이터에 기반하여 기술통계와 의미 연결망 분석을 실시하였다. 만족도 조사는 지체장애학생의 어머니를 대상으로 설문조사와 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 소셜로봇 사용 양상 분석 결과는 첫째 프로그램 서비스 분석에서 음성명력 서비스 사용 빈도가 가장 높았고, 그 외 22개 서비스는 5%미만 수준에서 근소한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 신체적 접촉은 긍정적 접촉의 5가지 유형 중 왼쪽 머리가 가장 높았고, 왼쪽 다리가 가장 낮았다. 부정적 접촉은 3가지 유형 중 관절 꺾임이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 대화유형은 성공적인 상호작용과 적절하지 않은 상호작용으로 크게 구분되었으며, 적절한 내용이지만 지연된 상호작용과 적절성 판단이 어려운 상호작용의 유형도 나타났다. 소셜로봇 만족도 분석결과는 첫째, 만족도 설문조사 결과는 재이용 의도, 선명감, 인터페이스 품질, 시스템 품질, 불쾌감 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니 면담 결과로 도출된 주제는 새로운 놀이문화, 소셜로봇과의 정서적 교감, 시스템품질로 인한 어려움으로 나타났다. 결론: 지체장애학생의 소셜로봇 사용 양상과 만족도 분석을 통하여 특수교육 분야에서 소셜로봇 활용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 특수교육 분야에서 소셜로봇을 적용하기 위한 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the usage pattern and satisfaction level of social robots for students with physical disabilities and to contribute to the development of social robots based on the diversity of social robot utilization and user needs in the special education field. Method: For this purpose, five students with physical disabilities were selected and social robots were used for nine weeks at home before analyzing their usage patterns and satisfaction level. First, technical statistics and semantic network analysis were performed based on log data. The satisfaction survey and in-depth interviews with mothers of students with physical disabilities were conducted after their experiences ended. Results: According to the analysis of social robot usage patterns (program services), voice command was the most frequently used, and 22 other services showed a slight difference at less than 5%. According to the analysis of social robot usage patterns (physical contact), the left head was the highest among the five types of positive contact, and the left leg was the lowest. Negative contact showed the highest joint fracture among the three types. Analysis of aspects of social robot use (dialogue) was largely divided into successful and inappropriate interactions, and there were also types of interactions that were appropriate but were delayed and difficult to determine the adequacy. The results of the analysis of social robot satisfaction (survey) included ‘intention to reuse’, ‘clarity’, ‘interface quality’ and so on. The themes derived from the analysis of the social robot satisfaction (face-to-face talk) were ‘new play culture’, ‘emotional interaction with social robots’, and ‘difficulties due to system quality’. Conclusion: Through the analysis of social robot usage patterns and the satisfaction of students with physical disabilities, the possibility of using social robots in the special education field was confirmed. It provided implications for the application of social robots in special education fields.
