학습교재·교구 제작에 기반한 직업훈련프로그램이 발달장애인의 도시락포장 직무기술에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 학습교재·교구 제작에 기반한 직업훈련프로그램이 발달장애인의 도시락포장 직무기술에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해, 특수학교 고등부 졸업 이후 1~2년째 비고용의 상태로 가정에서 부모와 함께 머물고 있는 발달장애인 세 명이 연구 대상으로 참여하였다. 실험 환경은 식당 사업체 내 주방과 직원 휴게실과 같이 두 가지로 구성되었으며, 실험 설계는 단일대상연구의 기법 중 하나인 대상자간 중다간헐 기초선 설계로 구성되었다. 독립변인인 직업훈련프로그램에서 적용된 학습교재·교구 제작은 발달장애인이 교수자의 시범을 제공받은 이후 직접 목표행동에 대한 학습 내용과 방법을 구성하는 것을 의미한다. 그 구체적인 절차는 사업체 탐방, 사업체 내 직원 직무수행 모방, 직무기술에 대한 과제분석, 직무기술 과제분석의 단계별 각 교수전략 및 기술 매칭, 직무기술 과제분석의 단계별로 선정된 교수전략 및 기술에 따른 학습교구 제작의 순서로 구성되었다. 목표행동인 도시락포장 직무기술은 밑반찬과 김치, 밥 등을 도시락에 담는 포장 작업을 의미하며, 과제분석을 통해 총 10가지 단계의 하위기술로 구성되었다. 연구 결과, 연구 대상들은 중재프로그램을 통하여 목표행동을 효과적으로 습득, 유지 및 일반화한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to examine the effect of job training program based on learning materials/tools on lunch packing task skill. For this, three individuals with developmental disabilities who were unemployed for 1~2 years after graduating from special school secondary division and stayed with parents at home participated as participants. The experiment environment was comprised of two types of kitchen employee and lounge in a restaurant business, and the experiment design was constituted as multiple probe design across subjects, one of the techniques for single subject research. The independent variable, which is the learning materials/tools production applied in job training program refers to the constitution of learning contents and methods abut target behaviors on one’s own after the instructor provides demonstration for the individual with developmental disabilities. The actual procedures consisted of business site tour, simulation of task execution of employees, task analysis for task skill, respective instruction strategy and skill matching per stage of task skill task analysis, and production of learning tool according to instruction strategy and skill selected per stage of task skill task analysis. The target behavior of lunch packing task skill refers to the packing task where side dish, kimchi, rice and such are placed in the lunch pack, and it has been as total of 10 stages of subordinate skills through task analysis. As the result of the study, the study subjects were found to have acquired, maintained and generalized effectively the target behavior through mediation program.
