영문 초록

The necessary condition for building a “China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor” is to have a good ecological environment. Both ≪the mid-term cooperative road map of China-RussiaMongolia≫ authorized by the leaders of China-Russia-Mongolia in 2015 and ≪constructive plan of China-Russia-Mongolia economic corridor≫ subscribed in 2016 specifically set the content of ecological cooperation. Sandstorms frequent attacks for a long time, including China, Mongolia and other countries and regions, and also sandstorms seriously damage the transportation and infrastructure in the frequent areas and hinder the sustained development of the economy and society. The harm of sand storms will certainly affect the smooth implementation of China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor. Base on research, more than half of the sandstorms in China come from other countries, mainly from the southern part of Mongolia. So, depend on The excellent background China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor, China Mongolia Russia and international community Prevention and Control sand storm, To avoid or reduce the damage of sandstorms, and to promote the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor has long-term strategic significance.
