영문 초록

It is the purpose of this research to examine chinese Xi Jinping regim’s policy toward Mongolia in the perspective of the ‘One belt, One road’ policy. Emphasizing the rise of China(屈起) and the so-called realization of China Dream(中國夢), the policy of the Xi jingping administration was very bold on the basis of national power in foreign policy. In particular, the ‘One belt, One road’(New Silk Road Policy) policy that began to take shape in 2015 is a basic strategy of Globalization, and it is a great diplomatic strategy that dominates world dominance beyond Eurasia. Here we look at the direction of China’s policy towards Mongolia and what it means as a neighboring country and as a historical companion with conflict and compromise. It focuses on realistic phenomenon research that approaches through the actual relationship between the two countries rather than policy analysis. Especially, the cooperations in the field of economic connection by ‘Air Silk Road’ is analyzed with regional security. Furthermore, to understand of Mongolian response, the issue of ‘Dalai Lama Visiting’ to Mongolia is studied on the methode of win set theory in the international relationship.
