국문 초록

본 연구는 무용동작치료가 발달장애 자녀 어머니들의 심리적 안녕감, 양육 효능감 향상에 미치는효과를 다각적으로 분석하고 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 발달장애 자녀 어머니 7명이며주 1회, 120분, 총 12회기에 걸쳐 무용동작치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 프로그램은Blanche Evan의 이론과 방법론에 근거하여 총 3단계로 구성되었다. 초기는 신체를 이완하고자기 이해와 긍정적 대인관계를 경험하고, 중기는 부모의 자율성과 감정을 표현하고 심리적 거리를조절하며, 후기는 부모로서의 자신감과 긍정적 신념을 향상하는 내용으로 구성되었다. 본 연구의프로그램 효과성 검증은 사전·사후 검사와 서면 인터뷰, 동작분석의 3가지 방법론을 혼합하여검증하였다. 연구 결과는 심리적 안녕감과 양육효능감 척도점수의 유의미한 향상, 인터뷰 분석을통한 참여자의 질적 보고, 동작의 질적 변화가 관찰되었다. 본 연구 결과에 따르면 무용동작치료는발달장애자녀 어머니 그룹의 심리적 안녕감과 양육효능감 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 본연구는 발달장애자녀 어머니의 신체·정서·인지적 측면의 통합적인 심리치료 연구의 기초자료가될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of dance movement therapy on improvement in psychological well-being and parenting efficacy of mothers with children with developmental disabilities in multilateral ways. This study targeted 7 mothers with children with developmental disabilities and a dance movement therapy program was performed for 120 minutes once a week throughout a total of 12 sessions. The program of this study is composed of total 3 stages based on Blanche Evan s theory and methodology. The beginning stage is to relax body and to experience self-understanding and positive relationship, the intermediate stage is to express parents autonomy and emotions and to adjust a psychological distance, and the late stage is to improve confidence as parents and positive belief. For testing the effectiveness of this program, three methodologies; pre·post-tests, written interview and movement analysis were mixed. The study result showed significant improvement in scores of psychological well-being and parenting efficacy scales, qualitative reports of the participants through interview analysis and qualitative changes in movements. According to this study result, dance/movement therapy positively influenced psychological well-being and parenting efficacy of mothers with children with developmental disabilities.
