기업가정신이 비재무 성과에 미치는 영향 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 기업가정신이 경영성과 중 비재무성과에 영향을 미치는지에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 또한 인문학적 소양은 기업가정신과 비재무 성과간의 영향관계에 있어 조절역할을 하는지에 대하여 실증적으로 분석해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 조사 목적과 연구 범위를 고려하여 2017년 10월 16일부터 2017년 10월 31일까지 15일간 이루어졌으며 신용보증기금과 거래중인 기업이나 이용경험이 있는 중소기업을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 회수된 설문지는 212부이며 이중 일부 무응답 및 불성실한 응답으로 제출되어 결측값이 많은 설문지 20부를 제외하고, 결측치가 없는 192부를 표본으로 활용하였다. 설문지는 Likert 5점 척도를 기본으로 각 변수 별로 세분화하여 사용하였으며 연구에서 설정한 가설을 검증하기 위해서 자료를 통계패키지 SPSS 22.0을 사용하였는 바, 연구의 결과와 시사점을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업가정신의 위험감수성, 혁신성, 진취성은 비재무 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 기업가정신의 위험감수성, 혁신성, 진취성이 비재무 성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 인문학적 소양이 조절작용을 하는지 알아보기 위하여 조절효과 검정을 실시한 결과, 조절효과가 상호작용항이 추가된 3단계에서 설명력이 유의하게 증가하여 인문학적 소양은 비재무성과에 미치는 영향을 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 기업가의 인문학적 소양이 높을수록 비재무 성과를 높인다는 연구결과를 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study focuses on whether entrepreneurship has may effect of non-financial performances, and also examines empirically whether humanities literacy plays a moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurship and non-financial performances. This study was conducted for 15 days from October 16, 2017 to October 31, 2017 in consideration of the purpose and scope of the study. There were 212 questionnaires, and 192 questionnaires without missing values were used as a sample, except for 20 questionnaires with many missing values as some of them were submitted as non-response and insincere responses. The questionnaire was subdivided for each variable based on the Likert 5-point scale The statistical package SPSS 22.0 was used as data to verify the hypothesis established in this study. The results and implications of this study are summarized as follows. First, an entrepreneur s major traits including risk appetite, innovative thinking and progressiveness were shown to have positive effects on non-financial performances. Secondly, I examined whether humanities literacy has any effect on the relationship between those traits and non-financial performances, which is found to have significantly increased explanatory capacity. Therefore, the humanities literacy is deemed to have a positive impact on non-financial performances. In conclusion, I could identify a positive relationship between an entrepreneur s level of humanities literacy and their non-financial performances.
