청소년 약물 및 도박 중독에 관한 연구 동향분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 최근 10년 동안의 국내 청소년의 약물 중독과 청소년 도박 중독 관련 연구를 분석하고, 청소년 약물 중독과 도박 중독 연구의 추이와 연도별 차이를 조사하여 청소년 중독연구의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2009년부터 2018년 3월까지 발표된 청소년 약물 중독과 청소년 도박 중독과 관련된 국내 학술지 논문 총 77편을 수집하여 분석 연구하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 학회지 출처에 따른 분야별 구분에 의하면 청소년 약물 중독은 ‘아동·청소년’ 분야에서, 청소년 도박 중독에서는 ‘상담·심리’ 분야에서 가장 활발한 연구가 이루어졌다. 둘째, 청소년 약물 중독과 청소년 도박 중독과 관련된 연구 중 가장 많이 연구된 주제는 영향 분석과 요인 분석이었다. 셋째, 청소년 약물 중독과 청소년 도박 중독과 관련된 연구 방법에 따른 연도별 동향의 분석 결과 대부분 양적 연구가 수행되었다. 넷째, 중독 예방 및 대책 연구 비교에 따르면 ‘예방 및 치유 프로그램’에 관한 대책 마련이 우세하였다. 또한 청소년 중독의 연구는 현재 ‘인터넷 중독’ 및 스마트폰 중독’과 같은 매체 중독에 치중되어 있어 상대적으로 약물 중독과 도박 중독은 연구대상에서 소외되고 있는 실정이며 연구 양에 있어서도 적은 관심을 보였다. 물질 중독과 비물질 중독을 대표하는 청소년 약물 중독과 청소년 도박 중독에 관한 동향 연구로써 사후약방문 지원보다 예방적 차원의 관심 촉구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study was intended to analyze the recent ten years of research on drug addiction and gambling addiction among teenagers in Korea, and to examine the trends and differences between youth drug addiction and gambling addiction research and suggest ways to develop youth addiction research. To this end, a total of 77 papers published by the Korean academic journal related to youth drug addiction and youth gambling addiction were collected and analyzed from 2009 to March 2018. As a result, according to the division by field according to the source of the academic journal, teen drug addiction was the most studied in the field of childhood and youth and the most active study in the field of psychological counseling in the field of teen gambling addiction. Second, the most studied topics related to youth drug addiction and youth gambling addiction were impact analysis and factor analysis. Third, a majority of quantitative studies have been conducted based on the analysis of yearly trends according to research methods related to youth drug addiction and youth gambling addiction. Fourth, according to the comparison of addiction prevention and countermeasure research, the preparation of measures for preventive and healing programs prevailed. Also, the study of youth addiction is currently focused on media addiction such as Internet addiction and smartphone addiction, and thus drug addiction and gambling addiction are relatively marginalized from the research and showed little interest in the amount of research. As a trend study on youth drug addiction and adolescent gambling addiction, which are representative of material and non-material addiction, it proposed a preventative appeal rather than support for follow-up visits.
