소셜 벤처의 경제적 및 사회적 성과 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회적 기업가정신(social entrepreneurship), 경영역량, 조직문화 및 사회적 네트워크 등이 초기 소셜 벤처의 기업 성과 영향요인에 관한 연구모형을 구축하고, 연구가설검증을 위해 소셜 벤처 186개를 대상으로 실증적 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 사회적 기업가정신의 진취성, 혁신성, 위험감수성 등의 하위 요인은 경제적 성과에 유의미한 영향을 주었으나, 위험감수성은 사회적 성과에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경영역량은 경제적 성과 및 사회적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미친 바 있다. 셋째, 기업의 혁신지향, 과업지향, 관계지향 조직문화는 기업성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 정부지원정책과 사회적 네트워크는 경제적 성과 및 사회적 성과 에 유의미한 조절효과를 나타냈다. 아울러 소셜 벤처의 사회적 네트워크는 소셜 벤처의 경제적 성과 및 사회적 성과에 유의미한 조절효과를 가지며, 향후 소셜 벤처의 자생력 강화 및 경쟁력 제고를 위해 사회적 네트워크와 소셜 벤처의 내부 역량을 강화하는 것이 중요하다고 하겠다.

영문 초록

This study establishes a research model on the impact of social entrepreneurship, management competency, organizational culture, and social networks on the economic and social performance of early social ventures, and to verify the research hypothesis. An empirical analysis was conducted on dogs. To summarize the results of the empirical analysis, first, initiative, innovation, and risk sensitivity, which are the sub-factors of social entrepreneurship, had a significant effect on economic performance, but risk sensitivity did not have a significant effect on social performance creation. Second, management competency had a significant positive (+) effect on economic and social performance. Third, it was found that corporate innovation-oriented, task-oriented, and relationship-oriented organizational culture had a significant positive (+) effect on corporate performance. Fourth, government support policies and social networks showed a significant moderating effect on economic and social performance. In addition, the implication of this study is the empirical analysis of the moderating effect of increasing economic and social performance as the social network of social ventures increases. As a result of this study, for the sustainable growth and development of social ventures in the future, it can be said that increasing the efficiency of direct government support and gaining internal competitiveness of companies is the priority.
