청소년들의 창업체험활동 참여도 및 만족도, 기업가정신, 진로계획성 간 연관성에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년들을 대상으로 창업체험활동 만족도 및 참여도, 기업가정신, 진로계획성 간의 연관성을 부모와의 대화빈도 및 능동적 학습태도의 조절효과를 중심으로 실증분석하고 있다. ‘초･중등 진로교육 현황조사’에서 획득한 중･고등학생 35,950명의 설문자료를 바탕으로 실증분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년들의 창업체험활동 참여도와 만족도는 기업가정신에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 기업가정신은 진로계획성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모와의 대화빈도의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 부모와의 대화빈도는 기업가정신과 진로계획성 간 관계를 정(+)의 방향으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 능동적 학습태도의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 능동적 학습태도는 기업가정신과 진로계획성 간 관계를 정(+)의 방향으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 창업체험활동의 참여도 및 만족도가 기업가정신의 함양에 중요한 선행요인이 될 수 있다는 점을 규명했다는 점에서 의미 있는 실무적 시사점을 제시할 수 있다. 또한, 본 연구는 기업가정신과 진로계획성 간 연관성을 실증적으로 규명하였기 때문에 기업가정신 연구과 진로계획 연구 간 융합연구의 토대와 단초를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의미 있는 이론적 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서는 기업가정신이 진로계획성에 미치는 긍정적인 영향이 부모와의 대화빈도 및 능동적 학습태도에 의해 강화될 수 있다는 조절효과를 실증적으로 규명하였다는 점에서 의미 있는 정책적 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

영문 초록

This study empirically analyzes the relationship between satisfaction and participation in entrepreneurship experiences, entrepreneurship, and career planning for adolescents, focusing on the moderating effect of active learning attitude and conversation frequency with parents. The results of the empirical analysis based on the survey data of 35,950 middle and high school students acquired in the Survey on the Current Status of Elementary and Secondary Career Education are as follows. First, it was found that youth s participation in entrepreneurship experience and satisfaction had a significant positive (+) effect on entrepreneurship. Second, it was found that the entrepreneurial spirit of youth had a significant positive (+) effect on career planning. Third, as a result of verifying the moderating effect of active learning attitude, it was found that active learning attitude regulates the relationship between entrepreneurship and career planning in a positive (+) direction. Finally, as a result of verifying the moderating effect of the conversation frequency with the parents, it was found that the conversation frequency with the parents regulates the relationship between entrepreneurship and career planning in a positive (+) direction. This study can present meaningful practical implications in that it has been identified that participation and satisfaction in entrepreneurship experience can be an important preceding factor in cultivating entrepreneurship. Since this study has empirically identified the relationship between entrepreneurship and career planning, it can provide meaningful theoretical implications in that it can provide the basis and primitive for convergence research between entrepreneurship research and career planning research. Finally, in this study, meaningful policy implications can be presented in that the positive effect of entrepreneurship on career planning can be reinforced by active learning attitudes and the frequency of conversations with parents.
