노인의 주관적 건강인식이 치매예방교육 요구도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 정서적, 사회적 안녕, 사회적 역할 수행, 생활대처능력 등을 포함하는 주관적 건강인식과 치매예방교육 요구도, 교육참여 비용부담의 관계를 검증하는것이다. 연구참여자는 서울시와 경기도에 거주하는 60대이상의 노인 311명이었으며, 설문조사는 2020년 6월에 실시되었다. SPSS 22.0과 SPSS Process Macro Model 4 프로그램을 활용하여 척도의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였고, 연구모형 검증은 상관분석, 경로분석을 실시하여 변인들 간의 관계를 알아보고 구조모형의 적합성과 매개효과를확인하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주관적 건강인식, 치매예방교육 요구도, 교육참여 비용부담은 남녀 간 평균 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주관적 건강인식과 치매예방교육 요구도의 관계를 교육참여 비용부담이 매개하는지 검증하였다. 주관적 건강인식은 교육참여 비용부담에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 두 번째 회귀식에서 교육참여 비용부담은 치매예방교육 요구도에 유의미한 영향을미쳤으나 주관적 건강인식이 치매예방교육 요구도에 대한 영향은 교육참여 비용부담이투입되면서 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타나 교육참여 비용부담이 매개하는것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계를 제시하고 후속연구를위한 방안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between Subjective Perception of Health including emotional and social well-being, performance of social roles, ability to cope with life, etc. and needs of Dementia Prevention Education, education participation costs. There were 311 senior citizens in their 60s and older living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The survey was conducted in June 2020. The SPSS 22.0 and SPSS Process Macro Model 4 programs were utilized to validate the validity and reliability of the scale. The research model verification was conducted by correlation analysis and path analysis to identify the relationship between variables and to confirm the suitability and mediating effect of the structural model. The results of the study are as follows. First, subjective perception of health, dementia prevention education requirements, and the Expense to participate in training were found to be statistically significant. Second, the relationship between subjective health awareness and dementia prevention education requirements was verified to be mediated by the cost burden of education participation. Subjective health awareness has had a statistically significant impact on the cost burden of participating in education. In the second regression ceremony, the cost burden of participating in education had a significant impact on the need for education for prevention of dementia, but the impact of subjective health recognition on education was not statistically significant. Through these findings, we present the significance and limitations of this study and present discussions for further research.
