영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between leisure commitment, leisure satisfaction, and the quality of life of hair designers, and to study the mediating effect of leisure satisfaction between leisure commitment and quality of life. First, in leisure commitment, behavioral commitment was higher than cognitive commitment, and in leisure satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, physical satisfaction, educational satisfaction, and psychological satisfaction appeared sequentially. In terms of quality of life, physical quality of life, mental quality of life, and social quality of life appeared in that order. Second, there was a positive correlation between leisure commitment, leisure satisfaction, and quality of life. Third, leisure commitment had a positive effect on leisure satisfaction and quality of life, and leisure satisfaction had a positive effect on leisure satisfaction. Fourth, as for the relationship between leisure commitment and quality of life, leisure satisfaction showed a partial mediating effect. Comprehensive research conducted to this point, in order to improve the quality of life of hair designers, leisure commitment, and leisure satisfaction must be improved, as leisure satisfaction is important in the relationship between leisure commitment and quality of life. In order to improve the quality of life of hair designers, it is necessary to expand leisure time and provide financial support.
