영문 초록

This paper is going to discuss with the community health(care). This is because the community health can drop the social cost of various diseases of more than 65-year old people appeared by their physical characteristics. The community health provides efficiently a specific population group with medical service of good quality by cooperation. Medical service of good quality is called a comprehensive health care that includes cure, prevention, rehabilitation, and health promotion. Korea is aging society because more than 65-year old people of total population is 9.1%, 2005. So enormous expenditure of health resources(human, physical, financial) for the elderly is becoming a social problem. In the situation discreet approach of the community health for the elderly gives us a important significance. This is because the community health suggests us that for whatever people, the community health implies dimensions of actualization of basic human right, matching needs from the community and residents, cooperation of various experts, and social common affairs.
