국문 초록

지금까지 대기업 퇴직자의 새로운 직업 찾기와 관련된 연구는 경제적 측면의 고용가능성과 관련된 연구가 주를 이루었고 직업 찾기 과정에서 내면의 변화과정 탐구를 통한 내재적 가치를 드러내는 연구는 활발히 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대기업에서 오랜 기간 근무 후 정년이전에 회사의 ‘조기퇴직제도’에 의해 스스로 퇴직을 선택한 두 명의 중년 가장에 주목하여, 그 들의 퇴직이후 새로운 직업 찾기 과정에서의 삶의 맥락은 어떠하였는지, 어떠한 전환학습을 경험하였는지, 이러한 경험들은 앞으로 삶에 어떠한 의미를 지니는지 살펴보았다. 이러한 탐구과 정을 통해 대기업에서 장기간 근무하다 퇴직을 경험한 두 명의 중년 가장의 혼란스러운 딜레마적 인식의 문제와 내면세계의 변화과정을 전환학습이론을 적용하여 비교적 구체적으로 드러내 새로운 공유가치의 지점을 형성하고자 했던 목적에 부합되는 연구결과를 도출 할 수 있었다는데 의의가 있다고 할 수 있겠다.

영문 초록

Until now, research on unretirement from large corporations has focused on possibility of employment. in terms of economics. Research has not been actively conducted to reveal internal values through the exploration of internal processes of change in the Job Finding process. Thus, the study targets two middle-aged household owners who chose to retire on their own under the company s early retirement system before retirement age after long service at large companies. What was the life context of the new job-seeking process after retirement, and what kind of transformative learning did he go through? We looked at what these experiences mean to live in the future. The study mainly focused about the two people who had worked for a long time at large companies experienced retirement and their problems of two middle-aged heads of states confused perception of dilemma. The study also focused on the detailed internal world s process of change into a transformative learning theory from the beginning to the end. It is pretty meaningful that the points of shared value could be formed by applying them in a relatively specific way.
