국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 중학교 교사의 개인과 조직의 가치일치, 목표일치, 상사정보공유행동, 업무열의 간 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 서울 및 수도권 소재 중학교에 근무 중인 교사로부터 수집된 285부의 설문자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀분석 등의 분석방법을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과는, 첫째, 정보공유행동, 가치일치, 목표일치, 업무열의의 관계를 살펴본 결과 모든 변인들이 서로 정적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중학교 교사의 가치일치와 업무열의의 관계에서 상사의 정보공유행동의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중학교 교사의 목표일치와 업무열의의 관계에서 상사의 정보공유행동의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 상사의 정보공유행동에 따라서 교사의 직무행동의 차이를 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 토대로 교사들의 업무열의를 높이기 위해 동료교사 간의 정보공유를 활성화하기 위한 실무적 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the value congruence, goal congruence, supervisor information sharing behavior, and work engagement of middle school teachers. To achieve this purpose, 285 questionnaires collected from teachers working in middle schools in Seoul and the metropolitan area were analyzed. This study used confirmatory factor analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, etc. using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, the relationship between information sharing behavior, value congruence, goal congruence, and work engagement was examined. Second, the relationship between the value congruence of middle school teachers and work engagement showed that the information sharing behavior of the boss had a moderating effect. Third, the relationship between the goal congruence and work engagement of middle school teachers showed that the supervisor s information sharing behavior had a moderating effect. This study is meaningful in that it confirmed the difference of teacher s job behavior according to the information sharing behavior of the boss. Based on the results of this study, practical implications were provided to promote information sharing among fellow teachers in order to increase the work engagement of teachers.
