부부창업팀의 관계기반요인이 개방적 의사소통의 조절로 재무성과와 인지된 성공에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 사업의 성공을 갈망하는 부부창업가들이 하나의 팀으로서 사업을 운영하고, 사업과 결혼생활 모두에서 성공과 만족을 얻기 위해 요구되는 요인들을 파악하고 이들 요인의 관계에서 얻어지는 결과들을 통하여 시사점을 얻고자 한 실증적·탐색적 연구이다. 관련 선행연구들을 검토한 후 12개의 가설을 포함한 연구모형을 수립하였으며, 이를 검증하기 위해 서울·경기 지역에서 병원, 약국, 부동산, 카페, 인테리어 등의 업종에서 소규모 사업을 하고 있는 부부창업가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 모두 106부(53쌍)의 설문지를 회수하여, 이중 불성실한 설문지 6부(3쌍)를 제외한 100부(50쌍)를 분석에 투입하여 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 상호존중 및 신뢰는 재무성과와 인지된 성공에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 개방적 의사소통은 일반적으로 긍정적 역할을 할 것으로 예측할 수 있으나, 본 연구의 탐색적 실증분석에서 개방적 의사소통은 상호존중 및 신뢰와 재무성과 및 인지된 성공 사이를 대립적으로 조절하는 효과(antagonistic moderating effect)를 발견하였다. 즉 개방적 의사소통이 높은 경우 상호존중 및 신뢰가 재무성과에 미치는 효과가 반대로 나타난 것이다. 개방적 의사소통이 낮은 경우 부부창업팀은 상호존중 및 신뢰에 더 중요성을 둠으로써 재무성과와 인지된 성공을 높일 수 있다. 그러나 업무-가족균형과 사업전념은 재무성과와 인지된 성공에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 개방적 의사소통 또한 업무-가족균형, 사업에의 전념과 재무성과 및 인지된 성공 사이를 조절하지 못하였다. 요약하면 본 연구는 부부가 하나의 팀으로 구성되어 기업을 운영하는데 성과와 성공에 중요한 선행변인인 관계기반요인의 역할을 살펴보고 개방적 의사소통의 고저에 따라 대립조절효과의 의미와 개방적 의사소통의 순수조절과 유사조절을 확인하였다. 기업가-파트너인 부부의 개방적 의사소통이 낮아도 경영성과와 팀 관계의 만족을 얻고자 한다면 서로를 더욱 존중하고 신뢰하는 것이 매우 중요하다는 점을 밝힌 시사점을 제공한 점의 의의가 크다고 하겠다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the related factors required to achieve success and satisfaction in both business and marital life, and the results obtained from the relationship between these factors. It is an empirical study to get a point of study through the study. After reviewing limited domestic and international related studies, couplepreneurs running small-scale businesses in hospitals, pharmacies, real estate, cafes, and interior industries in Seoul and Gyeonggi region to derive and verify research hypotheses and research models Subjects were surveyed. In all, 106 copies (53 pairs) of questionnaires were collected, and 100 copies (50 pairs) excluding 6 copies (3 pairs) of the unfaithful questionnaire were put into the analysis to conduct a controlled regression analysis. A research model was established based on all 12 hypotheses. As a result of the study, mutual respect and trust had an effect on financial performance and perceived success, and open communication had an antagonistic moderating effect between mutual respect and trust and financial performance and perceived success. This is the opposite of the effect of mutual respect and trust on financial performance and perceived success when open communication is high. When open communication is low, since mutual respect and trust are important to the married couple startup team, the married couple startup team can increase financial performance and perceived success by placing more importance on mutual respect and trust. However, work-family balance and business commitment did not significantly affect financial performance and perceived success, and open communication also failed to adjust between work-family balance, commitment to business and financial performance, and perceived success. When couplepreneur runs a company as a team, we examine the context of the relational-based factor, which is an important leading variable for performance and success, and the meaning of the confrontation effect and the pure and similar control of open communication according to the high and low level of open communication. Confirmed. It is meaningful that the couple, who are entrepreneurs and partners, provided implications by revealing that it is very important to respect and trust each other more if they want to obtain satisfaction with management performance and team relationship even with low open communication.
