제주도 중문관광단지 방문객의 선택속성이 관광만족과 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 제주도 중문관광단지 방문객을 대상으로 관광지 선택속성이 관광만족과 재방문 의도와의 영향 관계를 실증적으로 규명하여 시사점을 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 관광지 선택속성(문화체험, 자연경관, 접근성, 경험기회 요인)은 관광만족과 재방문 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 관광만족은 재방문 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석했다. 분석 결과, 관광지 선택속성에 해당하는 하위변수인 문화체험과 자연경관은 관광만족에 유의한 영향 관계를 나타냈다. 반면에 접근성과 경험기회 요인은 관광만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 관광지 선택속성의 하위변수인 문화체험, 자연경관, 접근성, 경험기회 요인은 재방문 의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이와 함께 관광만족을 느끼는 관광객들은 재방문할 의도가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석 결과를 토대로 중문관광단지의 관광 활성화 방안을 제안했다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is aimed at making an empirical identification of the relationship between tourism satisfaction and the intent to revisit the tourist attractions, providing implications and contributing to the tourism revitalization of the tourist complex. Selective attributes of tourist attractions (cultural experience, natural scenery, accessibility, and differentiation of tourist attractions) have an effect on the purpose of tourism satisfaction and revisiting, and tour satisfaction has an analysis of how they affect the purpose of revisiting. According to the analysis, cultural experience and natural scenery, which are subparameters corresponding to the selected attributes of tourist attractions, showed a significant influence on tourism satisfaction. On the other hand, accessibility and tourist discrimination did not significantly affect tourism satisfaction. In addition, cultural experience, natural scenery, accessibility, and differentiation of tourist attractions, which are subparameters of tourist destination selective attributes, were all having a significant influence on the purpose of revisiting them. In addition, tourists who are satisfied with the tour plan to revisit the site. Based on such analysis results, the study proposed ways to boost tourism at the Jungmun Tourist Complex.
